Step 1. 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

You must meet ALL requirements in order for your application to be considered.

Fill out the application form, when you are filling out the application form we want you to be 100% honest with your application, don't put stuff you are uncomfortable sharing in the application. Only the owner and leaders will read your application, everything you say and share will not be shared publicly or in the club in any shape or form. Put effort into your application, if we get applications that we can tell that the person didn't put any effort it will be deleted.

Step 2. 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖𝐒

The day applications close we will read through the applications and choose the ones we personally think would be a good fit for the club. Acceptances for the interview stage may be sent out the same day or the day after, depends on how many applications we have gotten and how much time we need to decide. The owner and leaders will start to send out the acceptances and we will begin Step 3.

Step 3. 𝐕𝐎𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖

Once the acceptance letters for the interview stage is sent out it is time for the Interviews. You will be messaged the day the applications close or the day after if you have made it into the interview stage. This is to ensure that all members are safe in the club, it also allows us to get a better feel if you would be a good fit for the club and to ensure that we will be a tight-knit family club. You only need to unmute for the interview call, if you get accepted into the club you will never need to go off mute if you don't feel like it. 

Step 4. 𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐃

The trial period lasts from one week up to a month. During that time you will have time to get to know everyone in the club, get to know our way of doing dressage and just settle in the club overall. We will welcome you with open arms and hope you will enjoy your stay with us, it's so important for us that everyone is comfortable and feels safe in NP. As a trial you join the trial practices which is Intermediate moves only, when you have ranked up to a Kitten you will start joining practices with the panthers, which will be Advanced+ moves.
